An introduction and practical application of fundamental dignitary and executive protection concepts. This intensive three day program leverages classroom instruction coupled with hands-on training and an immersive table top exercise. It is ideally suited for law enforcement, military, and private practice individuals with primary and secondary duties ensuring the personal safety of public officials, high net worth individuals, and others at-risk. Entry level staff and experienced practitioners will benefit from the “back to basics” teaching style coupled with live exercises intended to put theory into action.
A 7 day residential training program beginning with material and hands-on activities in our Fundamentals of Dignitary and Executive Protection program and extending the experience with defensive driving activities and real-world exercises. Our program includes a full day of defensive driving techniques with students behind the wheel at our training site. Our carefully guided training demystifies common errors around vehicle handling parameters and allows students the opportunity to practice a variety of avoidance and egress situations. We spend two days “in the field” during our real world scenarios – putting students in the role of executive protection specialist to support their principals across the greater Baltimore and Washington DC metro areas. Students will gain first hand experience with close-in protection protocols, route planning, choreography, and many other elements from our classroom training.
